1. Agreement to Terms & Passenger Age Eligibility

• Booking and Payment Authority: To place a booking and authorize a financial transaction on this website, you must be at least 18 years of age, OR a minor who has received explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian to utilize their payment method for this service.

• Solo and Minor Travelers: Ted Tours Jamaica proudly welcomes solo young travelers and unaccompanied minors (passengers under the age of 18). If a passenger under 18 is traveling alone, it is assumed that their parent or legal guardian has authorized the booking, reviewed our safety policies, and consented to their transit. We reserve the right to request a parent/guardian's contact confirmation prior to dispatching the vehicle if deemed necessary for passenger safety.

2. Bookings, Rates, and Payments

• Pricing: All rates listed on our website are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Rates are subject to change based on seasonal demand, local tax adjustments, or fuel costs until a booking is finalized and paid.

• Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed via our integrated third-party payment gateways (Paymentwall / Tilo Pay). Ted Tours Jamaica does not store, view, or have access to your full credit card or payment credential data.

• Confirmation: A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a digital confirmation receipt via email or official WhatsApp notification from our team.

3. Passenger Conduct & Safety Rules

To ensure the safety and comfort of our drivers and all passengers, the following rules strictly apply inside all vehicles operated by or partnered with Ted Tours Jamaica:

• Passenger Limits: Vehicles cannot exceed their legal passenger capacity. You must accurately declare the size of your group during booking.

• Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a transit/tour immediately without a refund if any passenger exhibits abusive, disruptive, unsafe, or heavily intoxicated behavior toward the driver, guide, or members of the public.

4. Luggage Policy

Passengers are responsible for declaring excessive or oversized luggage (such as surfboards, golf clubs, or extra large boxes) at the time of booking so an appropriately sized vehicle can be deployed. Ted Tours Jamaica is not liable for any minor wear and tear, scuffs, or scratches to luggage during loading, transit, or unloading.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Delays & Disruptions: While we make every effort to ensure prompt arrivals, Ted Tours Jamaica is not liable for delayed pickups, missed flights, or interrupted itineraries caused by circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to: severe traffic accidents, road closures, severe weather, natural disasters, vehicle breakdowns, or airport terminal delays.   

• Third-Party Excursions: For prepared experiences and day tours involving local attractions (e.g., water sports, ecological parks, restaurants), Ted Tours Jamaica acts solely as a transportation and coordinating agent. We are not liable for personal injury, illness, loss, or property damage sustained at third-party venues.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, along with all operations and services provided by Ted Tours Jamaica, are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Jamaica. Any legal disputes arising from our services shall be handled exclusively within the jurisdiction of the Jamaican legal court system.

7. Changes to Terms

Ted Tours Jamaica reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version of the terms posted on the website at the time of your booking will apply to your trip.
